Pompa LIVE '26 · The Toxin Free Living Experience
Normal labs. Persistent symptoms. No clear answer.
At Pompa LIVE, investigate where hidden exposure may fit into your story—then leave knowing which changes deserve your attention first.
You feel
Unwell. Dismissed. Still searching.
You explore
Where environmental exposure may fit.
You leave with
Clear priorities you can act on.

You changed the food. Read every label. Tried the protocols. Saw another practitioner. Each new answer creates another rule—but no clear explanation for why you still feel off.
The hardest part is not only the fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, stubborn weight, or inflammation. It is wondering what everyone has missed.
Confused
Every new answer points somewhere different.
Dismissed
What you feel is real—even without a clear explanation.
Exhausted
You keep doing more while certainty moves further away.
Every day brings contact with substances through the rooms you occupy, the water and food you consume, the products you use, and the materials around you. No single contact proves harm. But the environmental picture is often missing when people try to understand why they still do not feel well.
Contact
Ordinary environments and products create repeated points of contact.
Context
Dose, timing, frequency, biology, and resilience shape significance.
Burden
The useful question is not "Is everything toxic?" but "What deserves attention first?"
Specific toxicants, at relevant exposures, can damage the brain and nervous system, disrupt hormones and immunity, injure organs, impair development, and raise disease risk… yet this damage and the source rarely show up in bloodwork.
Some damage cannot be "optimized" away.
Lead can permanently affect children's brain development. Mercury can damage the nervous system and, at relevant exposures, is linked to memory loss, cognitive and motor dysfunction, tremor, and neuromuscular effects. Early development is especially vulnerable.

The effects can reach far beyond one symptom.
Greater exposure to specific PFAS is associated with lower antibody response to some vaccines, liver-enzyme changes, pregnancy complications, lower birth weight, and kidney or testicular cancer. WHO associates endocrine-disrupting chemicals with reproductive problems, hormone-related cancers, diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease.

"Natural" does not mean harmless.
WHO states that highly contaminated food-borne mycotoxins can cause severe illness and death, while chronic exposure can induce cancers and immune deficiency. CDC defines natural biotoxins as poisons produced by living organisms and warns that some can cause short- and long-term harm.

Documented target systems
You do not need another impossible list of everything to avoid.
You need the science translated into priorities: what matters most, what can wait, and what you can actually change.
The only useful next question
Pompa LIVE '26 presents
For people who know something is wrong—even when standard answers say everything looks normal.
Three live days to understand how toxins may be the root cause behind unexplainable symptoms, which changes deserve attention first, and how to move forward without chasing perfection.
Pompa LIVE brings the wider conversation together: Dr. Pompa's framework, expert perspectives, practical demonstrations, direct questions, and people who understand why you kept searching.
Dr. Pompa enters as the guide connecting environmental inputs, individual context, and practical priorities into one understandable picture.
Connect isolated tips to a wider framework.
Bring the questions that do not fit into a comment box.
See ideas, tools, and demonstrations become tangible.
Meet people who understand why you kept searching.
Leave with a clearer next step—not a longer fear list.
Each day answers the question created by the one before it. Session titles, sequence, and timing remain provisional while the program is finalized.
An intimate opening day designed to move from arrival into reflection, connection, and a personally meaningful commitment for the weekend.
A full day of main-stage frameworks, practical home and body conversations, facilitated breakouts, and marketplace discovery.
The final day opens into dental health, longevity, personal story, audience questions, and the next step attendees choose to carry home.
Pompa LIVE '26 is a first-time event. These scenes communicate the planned atmosphere; final production details may evolve.
